RETURN POLICY • Store Purchase: Return within 5 days from the date of purchase of the product(s) from the M2 Top Store. • Online Purchase: Return within 5 days of receiving the product(s) from the M2 Top Store online store. Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our shop by 6th May. • Product(s) purchased online and store purchase can be exchanged or refunded, provided the product(s) is returned in original condition with original product packaging, tags, and labels. • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment at the store where payment was first made. • The amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e., paid price for the product(s) as indicated on the receipt. Coupon/voucher used for the purchase will be forfeited and will not be refunded. • Innerwear & Underwear cannot be returned due to our strict hygiene policy. • M2 Top Store. reserves the right for final decision and to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
